I discovered a major leak in an upstairs window and contacted 4 roofing contractors. Wally was the first one on the scene the next morning, even though it was very close to Christmas. He sent out someone in a torrential downpour to fix it the very same day. The problem turned out to be much bigger than a simple fix and I ended up having to have Hardie board installed on an entire wall of the house. Chris and Morgan and all the other guys who came during the various attempts to diagnose the problem and who worked on the final major job were unfailingly pleasant, professional and hard-working - and followed Covid protocols if they had to enter the house. I would definitely use Burrard Roofing again if I needed that kind of work done.
